IMA were appointed by CLID to collaborate on the detailed design and fit out of a new office building located on the corner of Bowling Green Lane and Farringdon Road in the Clerkenwell area of London.

The building had been designed by Sheppard Robson Architects as part of a mixed use scheme which was anchored by the provision of a new hotel. The new office block sat immediately adjacent to the hotel.

The office building was under construction when it was purchased by CLID and the IMA brief was to work with Sheppard Robson and contractor’s Gilbert Ash to update the design of the office interiors and common parts to more accurately reflect CLID ‘s aspirations for the building.

IMA produced new drawings and specifications for the office services, lighting and finishes.

The reception finishes were updated and the end of trip facilities upgraded.

The building was completed Gilbert Ash in 2023.

MICA projects continue to fit out each of the floors as they are let.
